There are clients called “Problematic Customers” all they do is ferment trouble.

Problematic customers always have something to complain about.

You risk losing potential customers if you devote your time to answering them.

Engaging with a problematic customer can drain your customer services personnel.

How to Treat Problematic Customers:

Set a customer service strategic system to deal with customers.

Be firm let them know you are disciplined and that all forms of unruly behaviour are against what you stand for as a brand.

Update to FAQs based on your experience with problematic customers.

Send Feedback forms: Your customer’s review can help you know how best to deal with issues when they arrive. Don’t be particular about the good reviews rather listen to the bad reviews and make amends.
